Capital Health Medical Center Art Gallery Exhibit, "Quilts and Healing"
January 2023 updated March 2023
The quilt exhibit at Capital Health Center - Hopewell will be displayed beginning on January 15th at 10AM. It will be taken down April 28th at 10 AM.
Quilters, please consider entering a quilt for this exhibit. The theme is "Quilts and Healing". Think about your Camp Erin quilts, Quilts of Valor, Patriot Program quilts, Quilts for Kids, and others that heal patients and veterans or provide comfort to those receiving them. Breast cancer survivor quilts or any survivor quilts would also be a great addition. Your quilt will need to be available to stay in the gallery until the show is over. Any size quilt is welcome. Contracts are being emailed to members and need to be filled out to track your quilts and keep them registered and safe while in the care of Capital Health. Please include a few lines describing the background story of your quilt. Contracts are due to the organizer, Linda, by January 10.
We will also need 6 volunteers on April 28 to assist in taking down the quilts. There is a link to volunteer on Signup.com included in the March and April Guild Newsletter.
